How will my guide(s) be shipped?
Our guides are shipped by the US Postal Service.
When will I receive my guide(s)?
Plan on two to four weeks but we will make every effort to get the shipment there as soon as possible.
Are discounts available for bulk purchases?

Will the Spot Fake IdS Guide be updated? How often?
Yes. We will update the guide as new developments happen in the I-9 process as well as when design changes occur in identification and employment eligibility documents. The guide will be updated at least yearly.
How will I know when the spot fake ids Guide has been updated?

What if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?
If you are unhappy with your guide send us a written refund request by email or fax within 10 days from the date of purchase. A full refund will be provided within 30 days of receiving the request.
